01 Handyman & Punch List Services
Perfect for real-estate punch lists, move-ins, rentals, and finally-done weekends. Door adjustments, hardware, toilet and faucet fixes, TV and shelf mounting, caulking, weatherstripping, and general repairs — send the list, we will work through it in one visit where we can.
02 Drywall & Trim Repair
Holes from doorknobs, cracks from settling, and stains from old leaks do not get better on their own. We patch, tape, texture-match, and finish drywall so the repair disappears, and repair or replace baseboards, casing, and trim for a clean, finished edge.
03 Carpentry & Fence Repair
Leaning gates, broken pickets, rotted boards, and tired decking make a home look neglected — and a fence that does not close is not a fence. We repair and rebuild sections, reset posts, fix gates so they latch, and handle small carpentry projects around the house.
04 Interior Painting
A fresh coat is the fastest way to make a room feel new again. We prep properly — patching, sanding, and taping — then paint walls, ceilings, doors, and trim with clean lines and no mess left behind. Single rooms, whole interiors, and touch-ups between tenants.
05 Minor Electrical
For the small, non-structural jobs: swapping light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, and outlets, and troubleshooting the little electrical annoyances around the house. If a job requires a licensed electrician, we will say so up front.
06 Gutter & Dryer Vent Cleaning
Clogged gutters overflow onto siding, foundations, and flower beds, and a clogged dryer vent makes your dryer work harder and run hotter. We clear gutters and downspouts and clean dryer vents out properly — simple upkeep that prevents expensive problems.
07 Exterior Repairs
Siding, fascia, soffit, and trim take the Texas weather so your house does not have to. We repair damaged sections, seal gaps, and take care of the small exterior fixes that keep water and critters out.
